1. Acceptable Use Policy

Leveragers provides temporary email and infrastructure services intended for testing, development, and securing your primary identity. By using our platform, you agree NOT to use the service for:

• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Creating fraudulent accounts on third-party services.
• Any inherently illegal activities under international law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the platform's API endpoints.

2. Privacy & Data Retention

We believe in absolute operational security and data minimalism:

• No Logs: We do not log IP addresses associated with incoming temporary emails.
• Ephemeral Data: Intercepted packets (emails) are retained only as long as necessary and can be purged by the user at any time.
• Cookies: We only use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or analytics scripts are deployed on your Dashboard.

3. Premium Infrastructure & Refunds

Users who purchase premium credits via cryptocurrency or fiat gateways are granted access to dedicated nodes. Due to the digital and consumable nature of these credits (API requests, mailbox generation), all sales are final and non-refundable once credits are issued to your account.

4. API Limits & Throttling

To ensure stability across the network, API endpoints are rate-limited. Free community tiers are subject to strictly enforced usage caps to prevent abuse. Premium users enjoy drastically increased limits, but abusive volume intended to DDOS the network will result in immediate API key revocation without refund.

5. Service Adjustments

Cyborg Development reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify user accounts, access routes, or active domains at our sole discretion, particularly to preserve the integrity of the network.
